Processing Time

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing times may be extended.

Custom and print-on-demand (FelinDesign) items may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of the design.

Shipping Time & Methods

We offer shipping to multiple destinations worldwide. Estimated shipping times vary based on the shipping destination and method selected at checkout.


United States: 5-12 business days

Australia: 7-15 business days

Canada: 7-15 business days

United Kingdom & Europe: 7-20 business days

Rest of the World: 10-25 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, and unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the shipping destination, weight, and selected shipping method.


Standard Shipping: Calculated at checkout

Express Shipping (if available): Additional charges may apply

Free shipping promotions may be available for select products and regions.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow 24-48 hours for tracking updates to appear.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance procedures.

Shipping Address & Undeliverable Packages

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempt, additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, please check with neighbors, your local post office, or the carrier before contacting us.
